THE 43rd NARRAGANSETT ART FESTIVAL
Saturday, June 20, and Sunday, June 21, 2026
WHAT: The Narragansett Art Festival is a volunteer-managed outdoor art festival event sponsored by The Rotary Club of Wakefield, dedicated to providing artists with a well-managed, high-quality, well-publicized event. Net Proceeds from artists' registration fees support the charitable donations of the Wakefield Rotary Club.
Accepted categories of fine art include: Oils & Acrylics, Watercolors & Pastels, Drawings & Graphics, Photography, Sculpture, and Other Media
- Prohibited Items: Imported artwork, mass-produced items. Dealers and vendors are not permitted.
WHEN: Saturday, June 20 and Sunday, June 21, 2026, 9:00 am-6 pm. Set-up: Friday, June 19, after 1:00 pm (exhibitors are not allowed on the field prior to that time)
WHERE: Veterans' Park and Gazebo Field at the historic "Towers", overlooking Narragansett Beach, 35 Ocean Road, Narragansett, RI 02882

DEADLINE: Applications and payments must be received by MAY 31, 2026. Applications received after the deadline are subject to space availability. Payments and applications received after the deadline are subject to late registration fee of $75.00 for single booth or $100.00 for double booth. Preferred placement cannot be guaranteed for late payments or registrations.
REFUNDS: Refunds for cancellations are only available upon request before May 31, 2026, subject to $50 cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER or other reasons for which the Rotary Club has no control.
PARKING: All participants are solely responsible for their own parking arrangements. "Time limit" parking is available on nearby streets. Participants will receive a parking pass when checking in to display in their windshield to avoid being tagged for exceeding time limits. Participants are responsible for towing fees or fines for illegal parking. Handicapped parking is available on the field for participants who indicate such on their application. Limited "on field" parking is made available during the festival on a first come, first serve basis for $25 per day, payable on day of festival. Sorry, we cannot take advance reservations. VEHICLES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON FIELD from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm without special handicap or VIP passes issued at the festival.
AMENITIES: Overnight security - Friday & Saturday nights (11 :00 pm to 6:00 am); Rotarian volunteers are available to assist with booth sitting for brief breaks. Free bottled water is available throughout the day to exhibitors.
NOTEWORTHY: Portable restrooms (one handicap accessible) with hand-wash stations are available on site.
