THE 42nd NARRAGANSETT ART FESTIVAL
Saturday, June 21, and Sunday, June 22, 2025
WHAT: A volunteer-managed outdoor art festival event sponsored by The Rotary Club of Wakefield, now celebrating our 42nd year!
Accepted categories of fine art include: Oils & Acrylics, Watercolors & Pastels, Drawings & Graphics, Photography, Sculpture, and Other Media
- Reproductions featuring prints of the artist’s original work are allowed. Notecards of the artist’s original work are allowed provided they do not exceed one-quarter of the total work displayed.
- Prohibited Items: Imported artwork, mass-produced items, no dealers, or vendors are permitted.
WHEN: Saturday, June 21 and Sunday, June 22, 2025 9:00 am to 6 pm. Set-up: Friday, June 20, after 3:00 pm
WHERE: Veterans' Park and Gazebo Field at the historic "Towers", overlooking Narragansett Beach, 35 Ocean Road, Narragansett, RI

DEADLINE is MAY 31, 2025. Late applications are accepted until June 19, subject to space availability and a late registration fee of $75.00 for single booth or $100.00 for double booth.
WHY: Dedicated to providing artists with a well-managed, high-quality, well-publicized event. Net proceeds from artists’ registration fees support the charitable donations of the Wakefield Rotary Club.
REFUNDS: Refunds for cancellations are only available upon request before May 31, 2025 (subject to $30 cancellation fee). NO REFUNDS FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER or other reasons for which the Rotary Club has no control.
PARKING: All participants are solely responsible for their own parking arrangements. Time limited parking is available on nearby streets. Participants will receive a parking pass to display in their windshield upon check-in to avoid being tagged for exceeding time limits. Participants are responsible for towing fees or fines for illegal parking. Handicapped parking is available on the field for participants who indicate such on their application. Limited "on field" parking is made available during the festival on a first come, first serve basis for $25 per day, payable on day of festival. Sorry, we cannot take advance reservations. VEHICLES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON FIELD from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm without special handicap or VIP passes issued at the festival.
AMENITIES: Overnight security - Friday & Saturday nights (11 :00 pm to 6:00 am); Rotarian volunteers are available assist with booth sitting. Free bottled water is available to exhibitors.
NOTEWORTHY: Portable restrooms (one handicap accessible) with hand-wash stations are available on site.
